SHIPPING FEES AND TIMING.

  1. Standard Shipping on all orders within Alberta is $15.
  2. Standard Shipping on all orders outside Alberta is $20.
  3. Shipping takes place within 1- 2 business days when the order is confirmed.

Oh no! Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery date so we can investigate further.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via email  bimzcollections@yahoo.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Orders are shipped by Canada Post and delivered anywhere in Canada . You choose the address that works best for you (your home or office or the home of a friend or family member) and we do the rest!
Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using Canada Post’s online tracking tool.
Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
*Another shipping company may be used to ship online-only items. Please note that these items are only available for home delivery.

  1. Can I apply a promo code to more than one order?
    It depends. Certain codes are generated to be used one time on a single order. Other codes can be used more than once.
  2. Can I use multiple promo codes on the same order?
    No, multiple promotional codes cannot be used the same order and offers cannot be cumulated with other offers.
  3. Do promo codes have an expiry date?
    Yes, promotional codes are only valid during a specific period of time. Certain codes have a fixed expiry date, while others are valid for a number of days after you’ve received the offer.
  4. Can I apply a code to a purchase I’ve already made?
    No, promotional codes can only be applied to your next online order.
  5. How is the promo code applied to my bill?
    For codes offering a discount, the reduction is prorated and applied to each item according to its price. For codes that offer free shipping, the cost of standard shipping is not added to your total.
  6. Can I apply a promo code to the purchase of gift cards?
    No, it is not possible to apply a promotional code to the purchase of gift cards.
